Controale ample în primele șase luni ale anului: amenzi de aproape 1,8 milioane de lei

Un raport publicat marți arată că, în primele șase luni ale anului, au fost desfășurate 441 de acțiuni de control în diverse domenii comerciale. Aceste controale au vizat, printre altele, comercializarea alimentelor și suplimentelor alimentare, a echipamentelor de uz casnic, a florilor, autoturismelor noi și second hand, a produselor textile, jucăriilor și cosmeticelor, precum și a centrelor rezidențiale pentru persoanele vârstnice, persoanele cu dizabilități și copii.

În urma acestor acțiuni, autoritățile au aplicat 448 de amenzi contravenționale, care totalizează 1.779.000 lei, și au emis 268 de avertismente.

Printre neregulile identificate se numără lipsa etichetării corecte a produselor, depășirea termenului de valabilitate, neafișarea prețurilor, neaducerea informațiilor în limba română, lipsa instrucțiunilor de montare și utilizare pentru produsele de folosință îndelungată, absența certificatului de garanție, utilizarea mijloacelor de măsurare necorespunzătoare, depozitarea neconformă, practici comerciale incorecte și abateri legate de reduceri și promoții.

Aceste măsuri vin în contextul eforturilor de a proteja consumatorii și de a asigura respectarea reglementărilor comerciale în România.
