Municipalitatea din Miercurea-Ciuc anunță începerea plății taxelor locale pentru 2026

Primăria Miercurea-Ciuc informează că plata impozitelor și taxelor locale pentru anul 2026 va începe începând cu data de 15 ianuarie, iar începând cu 5 ianuarie pot fi achitate doar restanțele, penalitățile și alte taxe. Anunțul a fost făcut într-o postare pe Facebook, unde autoritățile detaliază și noile reguli aprobate recent de Consiliul Local privind fiscalitatea locală, conform Legii nr. 239/2025.

👉 Modificări recente în metodologia fiscală a impozitelor locale

Consiliul Local Miercurea-Ciuc a aprobat la sfârșitul anului trecut o nouă metodologie ce vizează stabilirea taxelor și impozitelor locale pentru 2026. Modificarea, impusă de Legea nr. 239/2025, elimină cotele mai avantajoase de impozitare aplicate anterior proprietarilor caselor vechi și apartamentelor din blocuri.

Astfel, pentru aceeași suprafață, suma datorată va fi aceeași indiferent de anul construcției locuinței, conform Hotărârii Consiliului Local. Această schimbare va afecta mai ales proprietarii de locuințe mai vechi.

Contribuabilii din Miercurea-Ciuc au la dispoziție posibilitatea efectuării plăților online și pot consulta situația lor fiscală pe portalul www.ghiseul.ro, potrivit unui comunicat al municipalității.

De asemenea, plata se poate face prin transfer bancar, iar conturile necesare pentru acest tip de plată pot fi consultate pe site-ul primăriei, www.szereda.ro, în secțiunea Servicii – Impozite și Taxe, a mai transmis administrația locală.
