Noi ambulanțe și modernizarea telemedicinei în România

La Târgu Mureș, Dr. Raed Arafat, Secretarul de Stat și șef al instituției, a anunțat ieri că România va primi în curând noi ambulanțe. Aceste vehicule sunt dotate cu echipamente de ultimă generație, care vor îmbunătăți semnificativ capacitatea de răspuns în cazul situațiilor de urgență și vor crește șansele de supraviețuire pentru pacienți.

În plus, Dr. Arafat a subliniat că și sistemul de telemedicină intră-spitalicească necesită o modernizare urgentă. Această actualizare este programată pentru perioada următoare, deoarece, conform declarațiilor sale, acest sistem a devenit nefuncțional în aproximativ 100 de unități de urgență. Motivul principal este lipsa întreținerii și actualizărilor adecvate ale programului.

Astfel, autoritățile își propun să reabiliteze și să îmbunătățească atât serviciile de urgență, cât și cele de telemedicină, pentru a asigura o mai bună asistență medicală populației.
