Spitalul din Victoria va lansa o secție de îngrijiri paliative

Spitalul Orășenesc din Victoria își va diversifica oferta medicală prin inaugurarea unei secții de îngrijiri paliative, realizată cu o investiție de aproape 5 milioane de lei. Această inițiativă este posibilă datorită fondurilor europene, în cadrul Programului Sănătate 2021-2027, conform radiomures.ro.

👉 Amenajarea și dotarea noii secții sunt în desfășurare

În prezent, spațiile destinate noii secții sunt în faza de amenajare și modernizare. Totuși, pentru ca unitatea să devină operațională, este necesară achiziția echipamentelor necesare. Spitalul a angajat deja 8 specialiști calificați, inclusiv un medic și 7 asistenți medicali cu atestat de îngrijiri paliative.

Echipa va beneficia de suportul altor angajați din rândul personalului auxiliar sanitar, inclusiv kinetoterapeuți și îngrijitoare, precum și un preot. Dacă va fi nevoie, spitalul va face angajări suplimentare.

👉 Primarul anunță facilități pentru atragerea personalului medical

Primarul orașului, Camelia Bertea, a menționat că pentru medicii care aleg să se stabilească în Victoria, sunt prevăzute anumite facilități. Aceste măsuri vizează atragerea și păstrarea personalului medical necesar pentru buna funcționare a noii secții.

Astfel, spitalul își propune să ofere servicii de calitate pacienților care necesită îngrijiri paliative, contribuind la îmbunătățirea asistenței medicale din comunitate.
