Mastectomie bilaterală cu reconstrucție mamară realizată la Centrul Medical Top Med din Târgu Mureș

Astăzi, la Centrul Medical Top Med din Târgu Mureș, o echipă de chirurgi efectuează o mastectomie bilaterală cu reconstrucție mamară. Intervenția medicală se va desfășura utilizând o matrice dermică celulară avasculară, o tehnică inovatoare care îmbunătățește procesul de reconstrucție a sânului.

În cadrul aceleași operații, chirurgii vor realiza îndepărtarea sânului, introducerea implantului pentru reconstrucție și plasarea unui suport sub piele pentru stabilizarea acestuia. Potrivit medicului Dorin Dorobantu, folosirea acestui tip de suport este o noutate pentru clinicile din Târgu Mureș, având avantajul de a scurta timpul necesar intervenției.

Intervenția chirurgicală se va desfășura timp de aproximativ 6 ore pe o pacientă în vârstă de 60 de ani, fiind a treia persoană beneficiind de această procedură în oraș. Echipa care realizează operațiunea este formată din specialiști în chirurgie generală oncologică și chirurgie plastică, condusă de medicul primar Dorin Dorobantu. Alături de el se află dr. Rares Georgescu, medic primar chirurgie generală, dr. Liliana Georgeta Cif, medic primar chirurgie plastică, și dr. Ioan Nemes, medic primar ATI, toți fiind sprijiniți de personalul medical specializat.

Această procedură deosebită beneficiază de toate tehnicile și facilitățile disponibile la Centrul Medical Top Med, subliniind angajamentul echipei medicale față de oferirea celor mai avansate soluții pentru pacienți.
