Transport urgent de organe pentru transplant prin elicopterul Black Hawk

O misiune contra-cronometru a fost desfășurată de către Departamentul pentru Situații de Urgență (DSU) pentru a duce o echipă medicală specializată și două organe folosite pentru transplanturi de la Bistrița la Târgu Mureș și București. Inima a fost livrată cu succes în Târgu Mureș, iar ficatul a fost dus în Capitală. Potrivit DSU, singura soluție pentru a preveni deteriorarea organelor a fost de a efectua misiunea cât mai rapid posibil, utilizând un elicopter deținut de Inspectoratul General de Aviație al Ministerului Afacerilor Interne. Echipa DSU a reușit să ducă la bun sfârșit această misiune extrem de importantă în doar două ore, ceea ce reprezintă un real succes într-o situație precum aceasta.
